一足の革靴
昨夜のランニング中に、揃えられた一足の革靴が道端に放置されているのを見つけました。これが屋上でであれば、相当驚いたと思うのですが、たとえ道端であっても少しは驚いてしまいます。靴は、くたびれた感じに履き古されたもので、道に面したそれほど高くない壁の向こうは一人暮らし用のマンションが建っています。どうしても気になったので、走りながら考えうる状況を想像してみました。
①歩行者が所持していた新品の靴に履き替え、古い靴は要らないのでその場に放置。
②靴が燃えるゴミなのか、燃えないゴミなのかという選別がわからなかったので、不正に破棄した。
③マンションの玄関から出られなかったので、先に靴を外に落としてから自らも壁を乗り越えたが、靴を履くことすらままならなくなり、そのまま逃走。
④いたずら。
うーん… 何て貧困な想像力だろう。それぞれ矛盾する点もあるし、これではほとんど説明にはなっていませんね。本当にわかりません。
そういえば、ネコ温度計観測所のブログが約半年振りに更新されていました。あまりにも音沙汰が無かったので少し安心しました。
