青空の下2日にわたってみっちりとスキーに励んだ結果、体中がミシミシと音をたてているような状態になりました。ランニングだけではなく、バランスのよい筋トレも必要だとは感じるのですが、就職してからどれだけのトレができるかと考えると前途に暗雲立ちこめるようです。
